Questions about paying

Is GST included in these prices?

Yes. Every price on this page includes GST at 18%, and every payment comes with a GST invoice.

Does my plan renew automatically?

No. When a term ends you decide whether to buy another. Paying early adds the new term on top of the days you already have, so you never lose time by renewing early.

What happens if I go over my member limit?

Nothing happens to the members you already have. You just cannot add new ones until you move up a plan.

Can I upgrade in the middle of a term?

Yes. You pay only the difference for the days left on your current plan, and your renewal date stays the same.

What if my trial ends and I have not paid?

The console becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. Pay whenever you are ready and you pick up where you left off.

Do my members or trainers pay anything?

No. Members get the training app free, and trainers sign in free, up to your plan's staff limit.
